How we collect feedback

Customers can share feedback after shopping, receiving a delivery, completing a pre-order, or contacting support. We accept feedback through WhatsApp, email, phone, social media messages, and the contact page.

What customers usually comment on

  • Product quality, packaging condition, sizing, color, and whether the item matches the listing or quote.
  • Delivery communication, delivery timing, courier handoff, and ease of receiving the order.
  • Pre-order clarity, including the quoted price, sourcing updates, expected timeline, and final delivery experience.
  • Support responsiveness and how quickly order questions or issues are resolved.

How feedback improves the service

Feedback helps us update product details, improve sourcing notes, adjust courier processes, clarify delivery estimates, and remove products or suppliers that do not meet customer expectations.

How complaints are handled

  • We ask for the order reference, customer contact, product details, and clear photos or videos where relevant.
  • We review the complaint against the order, product listing, delivery record, and our refund and cancellation policy.
  • Where the complaint is valid, we communicate the available resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, repair support, store credit, or refund.

Privacy of customer feedback

We do not publish a customer's full name, contact details, order number, address, or private messages without permission. Public testimonials, where used, are shortened and anonymized unless a customer approves attribution.
