Customers can share feedback after shopping, receiving a delivery, completing a pre-order, or contacting support. We accept feedback through WhatsApp, email, phone, social media messages, and the contact page.
Feedback helps us update product details, improve sourcing notes, adjust courier processes, clarify delivery estimates, and remove products or suppliers that do not meet customer expectations.
We do not publish a customer's full name, contact details, order number, address, or private messages without permission. Public testimonials, where used, are shortened and anonymized unless a customer approves attribution.
