Everything Bubbles is based in Accra, Ghana. Delivery availability, fees, and timelines depend on the customer's location, order size, courier options, and stock status.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are confirmed before checkout or before a pre-order quote is accepted. Fees may vary by location, item weight, item size, urgency, courier availability, and any special handling requirements.

Ready-stock delivery

Ready-stock items are processed after order and payment confirmation. We contact customers if we need to confirm address details, availability, delivery timing, or recipient instructions before dispatch.

Pre-order delivery

Pre-order delivery starts after the item has been sourced, received, checked, and prepared for handoff. Estimated timelines are shared during quote review and may change if suppliers, customs, or couriers delay the item.

Customer responsibilities

Provide a correct phone number, address, landmark, and delivery instructions.
Be reachable when the courier or support team calls about delivery.
Inspect the package at delivery where possible and report issues within the policy timeframe.
Pay any agreed balance, delivery fee, or rescheduling cost before or at delivery where applicable.

Failed or rescheduled delivery

If delivery fails because the customer is unreachable, unavailable, or supplied incorrect details, the order may be rescheduled and extra courier fees may apply.
